Lately, I've been seeing people running around with these knee high socks. 

At first I thought it was a fashion statement. But I looked it up & they're called Pro Compression Running Socks. They are supposed to help stimulate blood flow to your legs & also help to prevent muscle fatigue & cramps while running. I tried them out today & I loved it.  My feet felt lighter : )
